PLACEMENT OPTIONS AND SERVICES

At Chesapeake Nannies we offer quality childcare staffing solutions including full-time and part-time, permanent and temporary placements as well as adult care services. Our pre-screened nannies and sitters are certified in CPR (or are willing to obtain) and have undergone extensive background checks.


Full time and Part time Nanny Placement
Full time is 35+ hours per week and part time is less than 35 hours per week. All of our nannies go through an extensive screening process.

Live-In
Hiring a live-in nanny is an excellent solution for many families seeking full-time childcare and this option comes with many advantages. It is a true luxury to have a nanny based out of your home for the flexibility they provide. The duties generally cover all of the care of the children, including the domestic tasks relating to the children.

Summer Nanny
A good nanny will provide a balanced schedule of fun activities mixed with relaxing downtime, play-dates and plenty of fresh air and exercise. If you think a summer nanny is the answer to your problems this summer, whether you need them full-time, part-time, a few weeks or the entire summer, we can help.

Temporary Care
Temporary placement is for a family needing a nanny for a maximum of 3 months.

Before/After School Care (also considered either part time or full time depending on number of hours needed)
Our nannies can pick your children up from school or meet them at the bus stop, help with homework and take to activities.

Share-A-Nanny
Nanny sharing is a situation where two families engage the services of a single nanny to care for their children. This is a great affordable childcare solution for families with children who share the nanny services with their friends or neighbors. Another option is when a nanny brings their own child. 

Babysitting
Whether you’re having a date night or just need to leave the kiddos at home while you run errands, call us to set up an experienced, pre-screened babysitter.

Elder Companion Care
We can provide experienced and compassionate elder caregivers! This service may include, but not limited to, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, running errands, medication reminders, assisting with doctor appointments, companionship, etc.
