ABOUT THE OWNER
Vanessa Hill began her passion about children and their care since she started babysitting at age 14. It started with the neighborhood children and continued while working at a daycare center by age 16. At age 19 she completed her 90 hour certificate which allowed her to be a preschool teacher in a daycare setting. After many years teaching young children, she worked as a professional nanny and managed an elderly home care agency before her husband’s job had them moving to Annapolis. Her experience as a nanny has given her deep understanding of a family’s need for exemplary care, the professional needs of nannies/caregivers, and the qualities of a successful relationship between families and nannies. Finally, her vision for a boutique nanny agency in the Annapolis area led her to create her own. When Vanessa’s not matching together loving nannies with families, she is most likely found spending time with her husband and daughters, kayaking, hiking, taking zumba classes and trying new local restaurants.
